Thanks. It's all because of the excellence tool your team created. :)

About the settings for the map above...

- Terrain properties -
Sector definition size : 128
Sector detail size : 512
Detail element size : 1.0 meter

Num Sectors (x) : 2
Num Sectors (y) : 2

Minimal height : 0
Maximal height : 5000

- 3D view settings -
Ground texture size : 16
Texture mode : linear blend
Texture pix. per el. : 16

- Environment/Lighting -
- Light map 1
Pixels per element : 8
Blur size : 2
Static object shadowing : checked
- Light map 2
Pixels per element : 1
Blur size : 4
Tree shadowing : checked
(I combined the Light map 1 and the Light map 2 into ground textures using a Photoshop script.)

- Exporter options -
Scale factor : 1.0
Up axis : Z
Patch size : 64
Global positioning : checked

Texture export : texturemap
Texture format : dds
Texture map size : 64
Flip Y : checked

Redution : regular
Grid size : 2

It took some time than I expected to find optimal TC settings for my game and to optimize an exporter, a photoshop script and game client.
I'm happy with the result so far. 8)

Do you already have a website for your game project?
I'm interested to learn more about it.

Not yet, I need 5 or 6 months more to launch my game.
I will let you know the website when we are ready.

The play of the game is Action + RTS in a world consisted of many zones.

Thanks for your interesting. :D

Very promising pictures. I like those type of games 8)
Are you using a game engine/middleware, or doing e.g. "plain" DirectX?
You are exporting objects' placements, too, right? Or add them manually after creating the map mesh?

You encourage me to do well. ^^

I'm using Gamebroy engine.
Yes, I'm exporting objects' placements after a process of creating the terrain mesh using a plugin I made.
The plugin is based on Heightmap to OBJ-File Export (PnPTC) and blended with codes from Object placements to XML Export (PnPTC) and 3DS Max Plugin for Gamebryo.

Byounghak, do you have a website for your game I can check it out?
Do you have a graphic team or is it just you? I'm working with a partner on a game atm and looking for similar graphic as your screen shots. We need so many graphics that we might have to get more people.
