Think I will just continue this thread with new pics....

Another zone from our Project...just the basics, will be augmented with mesh etc and possibly re-textured later but it shows a new texture set in action and sets the feel for the other zones that will feature in this part of our world...

Am I correct in assuming that these are all screen shots of single sectors from within pnpTerrainCreator? Do you have a proceedure for viewing a multiple sector terrain in C4, Leadwerks, or Game Studio?? Thanks.

The only way to view multiple sectors as a whole that I know of in any thing would be to have a working streaming system in whatever application or engine your planning to use. This would be down to you to code as I'm pretty sure that the mentioned applications don't have streaming by default.

Our project is using a custom dx9 engine that is written in Blitz...it would possible for us to do streaming but as we are using a "zoned" approch to the design of our game we have no need to add streaming at this time. I am creating some locations as multiple sectors...but the player will zone when crossing a boundry. This allows us more flexibility with the content of the zones and allows us to keep performance up and add a bit more detail.
