 Post subject: Texture map export bug with beta version?

It appears that the texture map export is not working correctly with the beta version. I created a project with a 3x3 grid of sectors (512 size). It seems to me that if I attempt to export a texture map for a given sector (say 0 , 0), I actually get a map that includes 4 sectors (0,0 0,1 1,0 1,1). And if I attempt to export for sector 0,2.. the process does not finish at all and I have to kill it.

Thank you for finding this.
It is a problem within the main program with smaller sector sizes. The texture map module still works with a fixed size of 1024.

In version 1.1.7 i can't export to bitmap - i always get black or gray heightmap.

ok theightmap export works - i had to choose heightmap generator plugin to export my terrain

That are two different things.

OK, there's a new beta download (1.1.7.4) which should fix the texturemap export problem.
