Well, i have some questions about the water that is generated in pnp creator.

1. right now, the water seems to be like only a flat mesh that si textured, does this look like that if i export it to an X file, or does it becomes like real water, where under water you can't look up good etc. Like in wow??

2. Is it possible to change water ground level in each sector, or do the numbers you fill in overlay your entire project??

Already thanks for your help

1. Currently, the water isn't exported at all. Only the water settings (level, color, ...) can be exported, but no mesh or shader, or something.

2. It is possible to override the global ground water level for every single sector. Not only the water level, but also the water definition (color, ...)

Oke, so i will remove that when i'm going to export it and use another shader or something.

But now completly off topic, when i export my terrain to a mesh, in the center of the image, there is like a huge tower, even though i did not put it there in the editor.

So how do i remove the tower in the center of my terrain??

PS: I'm using the standard edition of pnp terrain creator.

Which exporter plugin/format are you using?

The tower in the middle of the terrain is surely the watermark with the PnP logo of the community edition export. Do you have a screen shot of it? If you are using the standard edition this should'nt happen. Please open the "About PnP..." dialog from the help menu. Does it show your Standard Edition serial number? Or does it display the community edition text?

well, if you use mesh exports, you have a setting called patch size, which gives you the size for one exported mesh file.
If your terrain sector has a border size of 1024x1024 and you use a patch size of 512x512 you get 2x2 files, for example.
Some mesh file formats are limited in the number of vertices/faces, so you cannot export a sector into one single file (the .3ds format for example).
