Please give us access to get and set the camera position and angles.

You can do this with the physics simulation plugin interface.

So, I looked and do not see how. Would you provide more information. I do not see a function to call to get the current camera position or to set it. Thanks...

There is a "ProceedSimulation" method which is called continuously, as long as the physics simulation is active. In this method, you can set the camera pos and viewing direction.

However, you cannot edit the terrain as long as the physics sim is active. So, I don't know, if this will really help you.

No, that would not work. I would like to maneuver the camera around while editing using my version of key, mouse, and popup controls; and to be able to free flight it. So, I would need either a plugin that gets called before a frame is rendered with functions to call to set the position and angles; or just access to the global functions. I do understand this is not a priority for you. Thanks...

Does that mean that one can set up to use wasd to move the camera? What about the pan and tilt? Are you going to provide free flight (motion forward and back in the direction the camera is pointing) while editing?

Great. Thanks... I'll have camera controls in my popup style interface as I need them for the game and possibly for C4, but I won't need to hook them to your stuff unless I need to control mouse and camera speeds.
