I've written an exporter plugin for
Crystal Space.

http://www.xordan.com/PnPTCCrystalSpaceExportPlugIn.zipIt currently supports terrain export (with scaling option), plus an option to create a basic world file allowing for quick preview of the terrain.
No manual alterations are required after export, the plugin packages everything ready to run.
Right now it only supports version 1.9 of CrystalSpace, mostly because of the terrain shader needed.
This shader supports the use of up to 11 textures per patch.

I have plans to improve the normal map export - so it generates a single normal map for each patch based on supplied normal map textures.
I kinda need the ability to specify a normal map for each texture in PnP first, but I can probably work my way around that.
